Labelled my hair's cells. Some being labelled, some i think still the same. Maybe the dye i use is not as good as Quantum Dots......
Over time for last Thursday and Friday, reason very simple, because the buffer solution i made got problem. =( No matter who make, lab manager or my advisor all the same, all got problem. So is not my fault. Anyway, i still need to find out the problem and solve it before i can start to proceed to next step.
