First picture : The tiny crypstoporidium parvum.
CHRIS is a type of patogen which likes to play hide and seek. They like to stick to each other when play hide and seek. I dunno why they so stupid, play hide and seek then still stick to each other. Like that will easily being caught de. They usually being caught by me when they stick together. So, i always be the one who go and find them, and i feel happy when they stick together =)

One day when i was waiting for the incubation, i found that inside the lab got cockroach. So first, i used 70% ethanol to spray him, to let him drunk. But then, he got 好酒量, so i quickly take a brand new sterilized red bottle, ( refer to the bottle on my last post) to catch him. And finally he willing to go into the poke balltle. GOTCHA! After that, i put him into a centrifuge tube, then centrifuged him for about 10sec. ( u can google centrifuge image if you didn't know what is that) After that, i weight it on a digital scale, and his weight is about 0.231 gram. Ya is a small cockroach.
Next, i put it on a petri dish so that i can view it under inverted microscope.
And ya, that is the LEG i took .
